I’ve worked in the stressful world of sales for over 20 years. In 2014 I experienced my first panic attack and since then I have battled with anxiety and depression.
This has taken me on a roller coaster journey, experiencing a range of treatments and techniques to help me cope with this crippling illness.
Mindfulness and regular meditation has been the key to controlling my thoughts and emotions which led me to complete my Diplomas.
I now want to share this to help others.
I offer a variety of mindfulness sessions to suit all age groups and needs. From group sessions in the community, 121 sessions for parents and children, 121 sessions for adults and teach the teacher programs to introduce mindfulness techniques into the class room.
Moment by moment awareness of our thoughts, feelings, experiences and environment is called ‘mindfulness’. With growing stress and tensions, most of us multi-task and tend to worry about multiple things simultaneously.
By practising mindfulness you will be able to simply bring your awareness to the present moment.
