Focusing on our breath is one of the first techniques we learn together.
Children like to put their finger on and follow the shape and some adults just like it as a visual. Take a breath in for the count of 3, hold for the count of 3 and release for the count of 3. It takes about 5 goes to really slow the breath down and gain full focus. Great one to learn to do anywhere.
